Lorelei Felchlin

Executive Director

Lorelei has played outside by climbing mountains, backpacking, hiking, rock climbing, and canyoneering all over the Pacific Northwest and Southwest. Many of her trips have included coaching, educating, and empowering teens and children to adventure with confidence (and appropriate amounts of caution). Lorelei has been leading outdoor trips since 2005, and has a MS in Outdoor Recreation Programming. She has been a member of Tacoma Mountain Rescue since 2011.

Sara Leavitt

Program Director

Sara is passionate about sharing impactful and transformative outdoor adventures with others while creating a safe environment. They spent ten years raft guiding on rivers in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, leading trips since 2014. She spent four years training and managing seasonal teams to guide single and multi-day adventures on the Deschutes River for youth and marginalized communities, with a focus on developing programs to be more inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally competent. Currently, Sara is completing their bachelors degree in Business Management and Leadership and volunteers with CASA for Children.

Coleson Hornsby

Graphic and Digital Designer

Coleson grew up in the Southeast United States backpacking, climbing, and white water kayaking. Through various outdoor experiences, Coleson was mentored, challenged, and shown how impactful these liminal spaces can be. These experiences developed a passion to educate the next generation through outdoor experiences. Coleson has been guiding outdoor trips since 2017. He has a passion to serve marginalized youth and communities that have limited resources to access the outdoors. Coleson has a BS in Outdoor Leadership and Education. Currently, he has been serving various non-profits with marketing and graphic design since 2020.
