Photo Release Form

On our trips, Sahale Outdoors staff, guides, and volunteers take photos and videos of the participants engaging in outdoor activities. The use of this content in social media posts, on the Sahale Outdoors website, and in promotional materials allows us to share the experiences our participants have. Please fill out your name and/or the names of your children below to permit us to use your images for commercial purposes, such as promotional content.

This permission extends to all photo or video content captured during the course of the Sahale Outdoors trip, unless otherwise specified in “Exemptions and Amendments.” Sahale Outdoors staff, guides, and volunteers will delete photos or videos at the request of the participant. No content will be captured if a participant expresses that they do not want to be photographed or videoed.

If you do not want us to take photos of you or your child, please either email us at trips@sahaleoutdoors.org and let us know your name and what trip you will be on so we can make sure the guides for the trip are informed, or verbalize your wishes to the guides when you arrive for the trip.
