Youth overnight adventures are geared towards ages twelve through eighteen, and focus on education and fostering a sense of belonging in the outdoors, with plenty of time for exploration and play. Most backpacking trips are 5 days long, but we also offer shorter trips that can be a better fit for younger children or those who are looking for a more introductory experience.
For youth who have experience in the outdoors and are seeking a bigger challenge, explore our Ruth Mountain climb or Wilderness Leadership Course below.
We have multiple single day programs for younger children, including our Pinecones program for elementary school age children, and Tiny Trails, for four to six year old adventurers.
All 2024 5 day trips are full. Check back in a few months for 2025 trips!
