• Tiny Trails Guide:
  Bring your expertise in early childhood development to life by supporting our Tiny Trails program for kids aged 4-6. Help little explorers embrace their curiosity as they discover the wonders of a local state park. You’ll ensure their safety and care while empowering their sense of wonder and adventure.
• Backpacking Guide:
  Love the backcountry? Share your passion for outdoor skills and inspire middle and high school students on week-long summer backpacking trips. Empower youth by teaching them survival techniques, fostering their love for nature, and supporting their journey of self-discovery.
• Day Trips Guide:
  Enjoy a mix of outdoor adventures! Lead day hikes for Pinecones (ages 7-11), support the Belong Outside program, or facilitate educational hikes for adults. This flexible role is perfect for those who love variety and sharing the outdoors with all age groups.
• Skills Course Instructor:
  Have certifications in Snow Skills, Crevasse Rescue, Wilderness First Aid, or other advanced outdoor techniques? Use your expertise to teach these valuable skills to underserved and marginalized communities, making the outdoors more inclusive and accessible.
• Program Support and Fundraising:
  Prefer to contribute behind the scenes? Help us grow and thrive by assisting with event planning, grant writing, social media, program administration, or fundraising. Your efforts will directly support our mission to connect communities with nature.
